On July 8, ‘Kalki 2898 AD’ production house Vyjayanthi Movies confirmed that the film has indeed crossed the Rs 900 crore mark at the box office. They shared a special poster and wrote, “Heading towards a magical milestone… Epic Blockbuster Kalki in cinemas.”

Compared to the 11th day collection, ‘Kalki 2898 AD’ saw a huge drop in its collection on 8 July. According to initial estimates by Saccanilk, the film earned a net of Rs 11.35 crore in India. While the Hindi version earned Rs 6.5 crore, the Telugu version collected Rs 3.5 crore. The Malayalam, Tamil and Kannada versions of the film earned less than one crore in India.
The total collection of ‘Kalki 2898 AD’ in 12 days has now become Rs 521.4 crores in India. While the Telugu version earned Rs 249.05 crores (net) in India, the Hindi version of the film has collected Rs 218.9 crores.
